Thank you *Calcutta and Fish Pots* A first and second place fish pot for trout, redfish and flounder will be held during registration and until 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 29th, 2011 in the Dolphin Room at Cline’s Landing. The entry fees to participate are $75 per person for each first place fish pot and $25 per person for each second place fish pot. Each team will only be allowed to use the three fish on their final stringer for the fish pot contest. A total of 75% of the proceeds from each pot will be released as prize money to the respective winners (with 25% of the pot reserved for YTAC).
A Calcutta auction will also be held at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 29th, 2011 in the Dolphin Room at Cline’s Landing, with entry being $50, and bids starting at $51. If a team wins the bidding on another team’s boat, the team associated with the purchased boat will have the option of buying half of their boat back from the bidder. Winning bidders on the boat which wins best stringer, second place stringer and third place stringer will receive 45%, 20% and 10% of the total Calcutta pot respectively (with 25% being reserved for YTAC).
